Ida Mae Willing (Horner) was born on February 28, 1878 and died on October 29, 1978. She was the daughter of Irene A. Horner and Samuel J. Horner. She married Edward T. Willing on December 28, 1898. Together, they had three sons: Eldon S. Willing Sr., Ralph H. Willing, and Edward M. Willing.
